Manheim, PA - Harrington Hoists Inc. announces the addition of many enhanced features to their world class, NER / ER three phase electric chain hoist line. These revolutionary hoists are now equipped with "The Guardian" Smart Brake Technology a failsafe maintenance-free brake with a 10 year warranty. All standard models are UL listed. Capacities range from 1/8 Ton to 20 Ton, are offered in standard single speed and under-the-cover variable frequency drive dual speed. Harrington's NER / ER hoists are now built environmentally friendly without the use of harmful materials. The current draw required for operation has been reduced for energy efficiency while maintaining horsepower. New motor, brake and inverter components lower noise levels resulting in increased operator comfort. All models have a 3 year warranty.
Enhanced premium quality features also include low-headroom upper and lower limit switches, heavy-duty contactors, super strength, nickel-plated load chain and 5 or 6 pocket load sheaves. Count hour meters, which record lowering starts and hoist on time, are standard on both the NER and ER models for preventive maintenance.

smallest and most lightweight hand chain hoist
in the world. This extremely compact hoist is
rated at 1/4 Ton capacity and is available in two
standard lift lengths of ten feet and twenty feet.
The CX model is effortless to install, transport and
store due to its revolutionary size, making it the
perfect tool box hoist. Recommended use is for
light loads in high or difficult to reach places such
as duct installation, automobile maintenance and
crane repair.
Features include a load limiter to prevent lifting
damaging loads over rated capacity, an aluminum body
